Click Compliance Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These Terms of Use apply to the Click Compliance website, online training, downloadable resources and related products and services.

Click Compliance (“we”, “us” or “our”) is operated by Click Compliance Pty Ltd , trading as Click Compliance.

Our website is www.clickcompliance.com.au.

1. About these terms

Please read these terms before creating an account, enrolling in training or purchasing or downloading a resource.

When you accept these terms during registration or checkout, they form part of your agreement with us.

Any product-specific conditions, including access periods, enrolment limits and licence restrictions, will be disclosed before purchase. Those conditions apply alongside these terms. If there is an inconsistency, the product-specific condition takes priority for that issue.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

2. Accounts and enrolments

You must provide accurate information when creating an account, making a purchase or enrolling in training.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Please contact us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

Unless a group or multi-user arrangement is expressly offered, each course enrolment is for one named learner. Login details must not be shared or used to allow multiple people to complete training through one enrolment.

If you purchase or arrange training on behalf of an organisation, you must have authority to do so.

3. Prices and payments

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and any additional charges will be disclosed before payment.

Payment must be completed before access is provided unless we agree to another arrangement in writing.

Discount codes are subject to the conditions advertised with the offer, including any expiry date or product exclusions.

Changes to prices apply to future purchases and do not change the price of an order already accepted.

If we identify a material pricing or product-description error affecting your order, we will contact you before proceeding. You may accept the corrected offer or cancel for a full refund.

4. Course access and completion

Course access periods and completion requirements are those stated on the product page or during enrolment.

You are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection and compatible software. Any specific technical requirements will be disclosed before purchase.

Learners must complete their own training and assessments honestly. Completing an assessment for someone else, sharing answers to bypass assessment requirements or altering completion records is prohibited.

Where a certificate or completion record is offered, it will be issued after the stated requirements are met.

Unless expressly stated in the course description, a course does not provide a nationally recognised qualification, statement of attainment, professional licence or regulatory approval.

A completion record confirms that the learner met the course requirements. It does not, by itself, establish that a workplace meets every applicable compliance obligation.

5. Using downloadable resources

Unless the product description states otherwise, purchasing or downloading a resource gives you a non-exclusive licence to use it for your own purposes or within the organisation for which it was obtained.

For permitted internal use, you may:

Any site, user or organisation limits stated in the product description continue to apply.

Without our written permission, you must not:

You may provide completed workplace documents to regulators, auditors, emergency services, advisers or other parties where reasonably necessary for their intended purpose.

Free resources are subject to the same conditions unless their accompanying terms say otherwise.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise identified, intellectual property in our website, course content and resources belongs to Click Compliance or its licensors.

Your purchase grants the access or licence described in these terms and the relevant product description. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying content.

You retain ownership of information and original material you add to an editable template. Our rights in the underlying template remain unchanged.

These terms do not restrict uses permitted by applicable copyright law.

7. Workplace suitability and responsibilities

Our training and resources support workplace learning, emergency management and compliance activities.

Requirements vary according to location, industry, premises, workforce and circumstances. You are responsible for selecting suitable products and implementing them appropriately within your workplace.

Templates should be completed and reviewed against actual workplace conditions. Depending on the resource, this may include checking site details, roles, hazards, procedures and applicable requirements.

Our general content is not a substitute for site-specific assessment or tailored legal, engineering or other professional advice where that advice is needed.

We will provide products and services in accordance with their descriptions and applicable legal obligations. Purchasing a course or resource does not guarantee a particular audit outcome or establish compliance with obligations outside its stated scope.

8. Refunds and cancellations

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply to eligible purchases.

If a product or service fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy, including a repair, replacement, refund or cancellation, depending on the circumstances.

For change-of-mind requests, we do not ordinarily provide refunds once a digital resource has been supplied or course access has commenced, unless the product offer provides otherwise or we agree to an exception.

If you have purchased the wrong product, made a duplicate purchase or experienced an access problem, contact us so we can review the circumstances.

Please provide your name, order details and a description of the issue. These details help us investigate and do not limit your legal rights.

9. Acceptable use

You must not use our website, platform or content to:

10. Suspension or termination

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a security threat, suspected fraud or a material breach of these terms.

Where practical, we will explain the issue and give you a reasonable opportunity to respond or correct it. Immediate action may be necessary where there is a serious security risk or ongoing misuse.

Any action will be proportionate to the circumstances. Permanent termination will be reserved for serious breaches or material breaches that remain unresolved after a reasonable opportunity to remedy them.

Your applicable consumer rights and refund entitlements are not affected by this clause.

11. Availability and updates

We take reasonable steps to keep our website and training platform available. Access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, technical faults or events outside our reasonable control.

If an interruption materially affects paid access, please contact us. We will work to resolve the issue and consider an appropriate remedy, such as extending access, without limiting your legal rights.

We may update content to improve accuracy, reflect changed requirements or maintain platform compatibility. Updates will not materially reduce the features or access already purchased without your agreement or an appropriate remedy.

Unless expressly included in the product offer, purchasing a downloadable resource does not include an ongoing update service.

12. Liability and consumer rights

We remain responsible for obligations imposed by applicable law, including consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.

You remain responsible for workplace decisions and modifications you make to our resources. We are not responsible for loss to the extent it is caused by unlawful use, use outside the disclosed purpose or your modifications, except where our conduct also contributed to that loss or the law provides otherwise.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for our fraud, negligence or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Privacy and external services

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our website may contain links to external websites or use third-party platforms. External websites have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not imply our endorsement unless expressly stated.

Our use of a third-party platform does not remove our obligations to you under your purchase agreement or applicable law.

You may also seek assistance from an applicable consumer protection agency or pursue other remedies available by law.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will be published on our website with its update date.

The terms accepted at purchase continue to govern that purchase unless you agree to a change or a change is required by law.

For ongoing services, we will give reasonable advance notice of any material proposed change and explain any available options.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. This does not limit any mandatory rights you have to bring a claim in another jurisdiction.
